The Pines Is Proud to Now Offer Select Wines by the Half and Full Glass. The Quality of the Wine Is Preserved by Using a Coravin, Which Inserts a Hollow Needle Through the Cork. The Wine Is Displaced with Argon, an Inert Gas, That Allows the Wine to Continue to Age in the Bottle When the Needle Is Removed and the Cork Reseals Itself.
