To apply for a job at San Manuel Indian Bingo and Casino, or the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians, submit your on-line application to our open jobs. Kiosks are available for use located in the Human Resources Department Monday through Friday from 7AM-5PM.

Our recruitment process
- First, browse open jobs to find a suitable vacancy for you.
- When you find a job that interests you and matches your skills, knowledge and experience, select the job and then apply. To do this, click the Apply On-line button at the end of the job description. (if you can‘t find a suitable job, don't worry; you can save your profile and request to be notified when job matching your qualifications open up).
- First time users can create a new account (profile) by clicking on the 'click here to create a new account' link on the Log in page. Return users can log in by entering the email address and password created for their profile. This will enable you to add or edit your personal information, view your application status, create and view saved searches to receive job alert emails, store and edit your cover letter, curriculum vitae or supporting documents.
- Fill in the online application form, ensuring that all red field names are complete. Briefly state why you‘re interested in the job, and follow the instructions to upload your resume or paste it into the field provided. You can also upload up to 3 supporting documents of up to 150 kb in size. All information required on the application form are necessary for employment and licensing requirements for processing for hire. If you are selected for hire, you application form must have all required fields completed.
- When you submit your application, you will receive an email thanking you for your interest in employment at San Manuel.
- If you have to leave the online application process, don‘t worry; you can log back in and complete your application later. Your application will default to 'incomplete' in our database. To complete your application, just log back in with your login and password and select the 'edit your profile‘ link on our employment page located on the lower left side of the web page. Applications that are 'incomplete‘ are generally not reviewed by the hiring managers, so it is important you complete the application to be considered.
- The recruiter reviews your application. If your resume matches the requirements of the job, they‘ll forward your resume on to the appropriate hiring manager. (The hiring manager is the one who has the specific vacancy on their team.)
- The hiring manager reviews applications from all the suitable candidates, and selects whom to invite for an interview.
- Due to the high volume of applicants, we’ll contact you only if you are granted an interview—usually by phone or email first—to check your availability. We’ll then send you full details by letter or email.
- Following the interviews, the interviewers meet to evaluate all candidates against the job requirements. The hiring manager selects the most suitable candidate.
- If you are selected, the recruiter or human resources personnel will contact you (usually by email or phone) to make you a formal offer. Upon your acceptance, we’ll explain the next steps including our pre-employment screening process.
- If you are selected, you will go through a thorough pre-employment screening after which we’ll finalize your start date and induction details. Browse Open Jobs.
