When resetting the password for my Online account, I did not receive my email to change my password.
If your email has not arrived after a few minutes, please check your Spam folder and make sure to add ClubSerrano@sanmanuel.com as an approved sender. If you have not received this email after a few minutes, feel free to contact us: Call (800) 359-2464
If you did not receive an email in your in-box or SPAM folder, THE MOST LIKELY reason is that you have NOT have an Online account created. The Online account is not created when you join Club Serrano. You must sync up your Club Serrano card to create an Online account.
Another common error is signing up with a different email. If you changed your email, or have multiple emails, try and utilize your additional email addresses.
