Hong Bao, a new culinary experience celebrating the traditions of Asian cuisine with a modern flair, is now open at San Manuel Casino. Enjoy a menu of specialty-made dishes prepared by our in-house culinary team under the guidance of award-winning chefs, Executive Asian Chef Bob Zhang and Hong Bao Chef de Cuisine Jun Tao.
The new restaurant is situated between the new High Limit Slots and High Limit Table Rooms, located on the first floor. The space is designed with elements to shower guests with well-being, good luck and positive energy, from a façade adorned with blown glass Feng Shui objects created by Liu Li Gong Fang, Taiwan’s only contemporary glass studio devoted to artistic Chinese glassware, and a center column made of Chinese coins to bring energies of money, good luck and abundance.
Hong Bao’s menu features an extensive list of culinary delights like Peking Duck carved tableside, a Seafood Ball with crab, or Kung Pao Chicken - an American classic. If you’re looking to try an assortment of Chinese delicacies, Dim Sum is prepared daily by our team of sous chefs.
Hong Bao is also home to a full-service bar complete with an extensive list of cocktails, wines and spirits curated by our award-winning mixologists. Cocktails prepared in-house feature exotic fruits and spices from the Orient, including Blossoms and Spice, featuring Avion Blanco and Elderflower Liqueur, and our Matcha Matcha Cocktail, made with green tea-infused TYKU Soju, double shaken with craft matcha green tea, lemon sour and served up icy cold with matcha foam and dust.
