What is the gaming age at San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino?
San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino is a 21 and over establishment – which includes all events, promotions and dining outlets. Anyone under the age of 21 is not allowed on the premises.

What types of ID are accepted?
Primary identification would include Government issued ID’s, including but not limited to the following:

  • California ID card - if expired, ID must be accompanied with an extension
  • California Driver’s License - if expired, must be accompanied with an extension
  • Other valid State issued Driver’s License or State ID Card
  • Military ID
  • Non-resident Alien ID Card
  • Resident Alien ID card - extension sticker is acceptable
  • Passport - any country
  • Passport Card - issued in the United States by a government agency.

Please Note: The California driver’s license under AB-60 is meant to be used for driving purposes only. It CANNOT be used as proof of identification in any way. For more information on this, please visit the DMV website.

Is there a dress code?
For our nightclub and concert venues, we do enforce a dress code. The following San Manuel Dress Code Policy applies to the Tukut Lounge, the Pines and the Yuhaviatam Showroom:

  • No headwear such as hats, visors, ball caps, do-rags or bandanas are permitted. San Manuel logo hats and dress hats such as a fedoras or kanols are permissible. 
  • No athletic or sports related attire is permitted; this includes any gym-type attire such as sweats, break-aways, etc.
  • No hooded sweatshirts (Hoodies). Guests will be allowed to enter the venues while wearing hooded attire such as jackets, sweaters, etc. only during days with relatively colder temperatures; otherwise, a guest must check their jackets at the casino level Guest Service's booth. 
  • No tank tops of any type will be allowed in the venues at any time with the exception of female’s spaghetti strap-type attire.
  • No baggy clothing allowed.  Baggy clothing is based on the discretion of the San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino staff. Is the shirt too long?  Does it extend beyond the length of the guests fingertips when their arms are down to their sides?  Do the T-shirt sleeves drape off the guests shoulders?  Does the long sleeve shirt sleeves bunch up and appear to bag around and extend beyond the guests hands? Is the shirt too wide or oversized? Are the pants too baggy?  Are they overly bunched up and draping over the guests shoes?  When checking the waistline for any weapons or outside alcohol, are their pants worn properly at the waist?  Are they sagging or oversized?
  • No plain white t-shirts are permitted in the venues with the exception of white V-neck t-shirts.
  • The dress code is subject to change at any time without notice at the management’s discretion.

Any guest who does not meet the dress code will be informed of the manner in which they can correct their attire in order to access the venues. In order to return to the lounge, guests can correct their dress code infraction with a visit to our gift shop or a nearby retailer.  Upon their return and once corrected, the patron will be allowed to bypass the line and will be granted entry.

Do the various outlet names have any type of cultural significance?
As a tribute to their culture and heritage, the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians chose to integrate Serrano language into the casino property. Many of the outlets within the casino hold names that signify cultural reference to the tribe. Names like Tukut (meaning Bobcat), Pu'ish (meaning Roadrunner) and Yuhaviatam (meaning People of the Pines) all convey the pride and traditions of the Serrano people to the casino guests.

Do you have a lost and found?
Yes. Lost and Found is open 9am-12am, daily. Lost and Found is located by the Valet pick-up area at the entrance to the Casino and they can be contacted at 909.864.5050 X2863. To reach Lost and Found after hours, please contact Guest Services for immediate action or leave a voicemail and they will get back to you on the next business day.

To claim an item in Lost and Found, the guest will be required to come to the Casino and present valid identification. Paperwork must be signed prior to release of property. Every attempt will be made to ensure property is released to the proper owner.

Is smoking allowed?
Yes, smoking is allowed in the Casino, but is not allowed in any of our restaurants or entertainment venues. There is also a non-smoking gaming area located directly in front of the poker room, where guests can enjoy all of their favorite games in a smoke-free environment that utilizes a specialized air system.

Does San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino allow pets?

Why doesn't San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino have dice games similar to Las Vegas casinos?
San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino adheres to the gaming regulations set forth in their Tribal-State-Gaming compact. In accordance with this agreement, we substitute dice with cards in an attempt to bring your favorite games to California.

Is there a high limit room?
Yes. Guests can enjoy an elegant and spacious High Limit room, designed and staffed with the high-limit player in mind. The intimate room offers both high-dollar slots and up to $2000-a-hand table games. Enjoy the comforts of a private lounge with food and beverage service. What services are available for gambling addiction at San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino?
San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino is a socially responsible business. In our commitment to putting our guests first, we have been recognized as a “Certified Responsible Gambling Establishment.” As such, all casino team members and management have received extensive training in order to gain an understanding of problem gambling, identify symptomatic behaviors and offer helpline referrals when appropriate. The casino has taken an aggressive approach to responsible gambling, posting signage and placing brochures in highly visible locations throughout the property and directing patrons to the 24-hour confidential Problem Gambling Helpline: 1.800.GAMBLER.

How can I get my banned status lifted?
While we hope none of our guests will get banned from visiting San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino, there are certain behaviors that result in bans that can last as little as 30 days to a permanent ban.  Guests with a ban of a year or less may return to the casino when their ban has expired.  Guests who are permanently banned will need to contact the General Administration Department at 909.864.5050 Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm.

What type of parking arrangements does San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino offer guests?
At San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino parking is FREE and always easy and convenient. Guests can choose to either self-park in the six-level parking structure or for a small fee, opt to use the valet parking service which offers the convenience of curbside drop-off and pick-up.  In addition, there are over 130 handicapped parking spots.



Is there a charge for parking? 
San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino offers complimentary parking to each of our guests with over 3,400 spaces available and an additional 1,400 at our overflow lots.

Do you offer Valet Parking?
Yes. San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino offers over 400 valet parking spots available for just $3. The fee is waived for Serrano Club Diamond members. There is no time limit on valet parking and it is open 24 hours a day, unless full. Call 909.864.5050 X3303 to check on the status of our valet lot.

How do people gain access to the casino from the parking structure?
As a convenience to guests, a 425-foot pedestrian bridge connects the parking structure with the casino on the fourth floor of the parking structure. The bridge contains moving walkways that transport guests easily and safely from the parking structure directly to the inside of the casino.

Is there security in and around the parking structure?
Yes. San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino provides the highest level of security measures and continues to maintain this level of security to ensure an enjoyable and safe entertainment experience for our guests.

Do you have charging stations?
At this time, San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino does not offer charging stations for electric vehicles. San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino is constantly working around the clock to stay up with the latest amenities so we can provide the best experience for our guests. If this is an amenity that would improve our guest experience, we will certainly consider adding it in the future.   

Does San Manuel allow RV/Oversized parking?
Yes. We have over 60 parking spaces available to for RV/oversized vehicles at no charge, however, there are no electrical or sewage hookups.  The RV parking area is located in parking lot 4. See map for further information.

Does San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino provide transportation to the casino? If so, how does the process work?
For the convenience of guests who are looking to arrange a group outing, the Transportation Department at San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino is always available to assist. Guests can enjoy a relaxing and convenient way to travel to San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino through organized bus tours. These tours are available from all areas of Los Angeles County, Orange County, Ventura County, the High Desert, San Bernardino/Riverside Counties and all parts of the Inland Empire. When is alcohol served?
A full bar is available 5pm - 1:15am Monday through Friday and 8am - 1:15am Saturday, Sundays and select holidays, you can access the holiday calendar by visiting here.

For those looking for more than just gaming action, San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino entertains its guests with incredible entertainment acts. Legends such as KISS, Rod Stewart, Cedric the Entertainer, Al Green and B.B. King have entertained guests in the Yuhaviatam Showroom. In addition to headliner acts, the casino also offers guests nightly entertainment in the Tukut Lounge. This new hot spot features up-and-coming comedians, musical performances in a variety of genres and nightly dancing without a cover charge.

Do you offer any FREE Entertainment?
Yes we do – nightly – in the Tukut Lounge. Mondays Live Karaoke: What is the perfect cure for the Mondays? Belting out some tunes at the top of your lungs. Every Monday, you can live your dream and sing karaoke - in front of a live band! Do your best Jon Bon Jovi, Axl Rose or Adele impersonation every Monday night at 9pm in the Tukut Lounge. Where can I buy tickets for the shows?
Tickets are available in our box office located in the Pu'ish Gift Shop between the hours of 8am - 12am daily. Our box office is an authorized Ticketmaster outlet with tickets available for any Ticketmaster show. Our Tickemaster outlet is open 8am - 9pm every day. Additionally, they are available Online through Ticketmaster.com and all Ticketmaster outlets.

How can I get an entertainment act/artist booked to perform at the Casino?
Thank you for your interest in performing at San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino. We have an exclusive contract with a booking agency, which books our headlining acts. However, we do book entertainment for our lounges. To apply, please follow this link and enter the following information.

What lodging options are available?
San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino does not currently have a hotel option, however, we have partnered with the Hampton Inn & Suites at San Manuel Village just down the street. Our partnership helps provide a free shuttle operating 24 hours per day to and from the casino and discounts and promotions for members of our Club Serrano program.

To take the shuttle to the Hampton Inn from the Casino, a guest can simply go to the Guest Services booth where a friendly staff member can provide assistance, or they can contact the Valet/Shuttle Department to send a shuttle to the Bus lobby. The guest will be directed to the Bus lobby for pick-up and will be required to show their room key.  To access the shuttle from the Hampton Inn to the Casino, simple contact the front desk at the hotel.
