Enjoy select wines by the half and full glass in The Pines. The quality of the wine is preserved to the highest standard by using a Corvain, a device which inserts a hollow needle through the cork. The wine is then displaced with argon, an inert gas that allows the wine to continue to age in the bottle when the needle is removed and the cork resealed.
